I am hoping to travel from Pittsburgh, PA
to Jersey City, NJ this weekend.
Getting to Philadelphia or NYC would be wonderful,
as there are great public transit options from both places.
I am happy to cover the gas and tolls for the trip.
The Amtrak from Pittsburgh is sold out for Saturday.
Ideally I would make the trip on Saturday,
but I am game for Sunday.
Normally I drive but this week my clutch started
making an awful noise and getting the parts in
and the job done before the weekend was not
an option at the few mechanics that I trust.
(I even called a few I do not know that have
strong reviews.)
I can hold conversations at a high level,
or I can sit in silence.
I have a clean driving record and am fully insured
if someone would like me to drive for some or all of the trip.
I am a happy passenger, but seem to always selected to be the driver
when traveling with friends.
I have been all over the country and
a few places abroad.
I once spent seven months on my bicycle
with my friend I am going to see in NJ.
We covered over 4,500 miles, enjoyed
many cool sights and even cooler people.
