Affordable

$25/month per 1,000 users. $5000/year per 100,000 users.

Carpoolworld will count the number of users at the end of each calendar month as the basis for monthly invoicing. Payment terms are net due 30 days after Client’s receipt of the invoice. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Client may provide a purchase order number to be shown on the invoice. Invoices are provided as pdf files attached to emails to the Client contact. Paper invoices may be mailed upon request.

Please note: Yes, we know that our pricing is incredibly inexpensive for the value of our services. We designed Carpoolworld to be inexpensive to operate so that we could provide our services at a low cost to our clients. And yes, the setup for your Carpoolworld group is free. Carpoolworld has been operating since 2000, with many satisfied clients. If your organization would like to use Carpoolworld for occasional events, then you may de-activate and re-activate your group when needed, with a minimum of one-month billing.
