Affordable

Basically if you have less than 500 users, your bill will be $10/month with no additional fee. Please see our pricing formula below:

$10 USD per month for up to 500 User Records.
$2 USD per month for each 100 additional User Records or portion thereof.

A User Record is an individual user definition in the Site containing a user id and password. Normally, each user should have a single user record, but users may create additional User Records.

Carpoolworld will count the number of User Records at the end of the calendar month as the basis for monthly invoicing. Payment terms are net due 30 days after Client’s receipt of the invoice. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Client may provide a purchase order number to be shown on the invoice. Invoices are provided as pdf files attached to emails to the Client contact. Paper invoices may be mailed upon request.

Please note: Yes, we know that our pricing is incredibly inexpensive for the value that it provides to our clients. We designed this system to be easy for our users and inexpensive for us to operate. And yes, the setup for your carpoolworld community is free. Carpoolworld.com has been operating since 2000, with many satisfied clients. If your organization would like to use carpoolworld for occasional events, then you may de-activate and re-activate your group when needed, with a minimum of one-month billing.
