I am hoping to visit my relative who is in a long term care facility in downtown Dover. I am totally flexible with dates and times.
I am looking for a female who communtes from Dover, DE to the Washington, DC area or vice versa.
I would pay gas expenses and can meet the driver anywhere in metro accessible Washington, DC.
I do not drive. I am polite and not loud!
Also could ride with someone going to Dover Downs who is spending the night.
